Pizza Parlour Shoot

It was just the other day, that I was talking to one of my friends (he owns a Pizza Parlour) about his Face Book profile (NB:  Company).  Soon enough we quickly got on to the subject about me taking some photographs of his Business for his Face Book profile.

Now being an Ex Night Club Photographer  and one who has not done a ‘Photo Report’ in ages, then seen me jump at the chance / the challenge of documenting the every day Business of a Pizza Parlour.  Through out my 3 days of shooting with these guys, has seen my experience grow with the following things….

A)  My Equipment (I worked with all of my tools on this assignment) .
B)  Light Levels  (I had worked with many different kinds of light sources).
C)  Work Fast (As with most Photo Reports you only get ‘One Shot’ at them).

Not only that but it also appears too, that I have found a new attraction  / respect with regards to working with High ISO’s.  I have always looked at fast ISO’s as looking ‘Unprofessional’ but after shooting some of the shots for this assignment has quickly changed my opinion of fast ISO‘s.  Instead I would now say that fast ISO’s look more cinematic and professional when used in Low Light Conditions where flash is something that you just can NOT use.

So to sign off this blog with, then another good thing that I have walked away from this assignment with… is… that I have also made some new ‘Friends’ from it too…..  Another great benefit I would say.

Hope you all enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed shooting them.
